My tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails from students/parents/staff, removing or applying charges to student's accounts, and assisting with the scheduling of other student workers. The phone calls can be a range of assisting parents/students in understanding their overall billing and offering payment plans to taking payments over the phone.
