- I began working at Salt64 as a part-time host and full-time food runner. Once eligible, I transitioned into full-time serving. Salt64 is an upscale/fine dining restaurant establishment with a large selection of wines and cocktails. A bit more than just basic wine education and understanding is required as well as basic overall alcohol knowledge. I am extremely familiar with the Yelp OpenTable, Toast POS, as well as SpotON POS for reservations and point of sales through my time here.
