  • Coordinated with engineering staff to determine the best technical strategy and roadmap for unifying the codebase of two Adobe Experience Manager implementations. The unified codebase resulted in a reduction of resources required to support web publishing across the Stanford Medicine enterprise
  • Coordinated with Quality Assurance team to identify critical features on the School of Medicine web publishing platform and wrote associated test plans. These automated tests help ensure continuity of service for over 1,000 websites.
  • Developed comprehensive change management plan to transition over 400 website authors responsible for 1000 websites to a new web authoring interface. Defined training and documentation requirements and developed all end user communications throughout the transition.

  • Coordinated and oversaw migration of over 200 legacy websites to a new platform. This included comprehensive project scoping and RFP development, hiring and supervising of vendors, schedule development and monitoring, budget tracking, and all communication with site owners.
