CIRCULATING NURSE: Review the patient chart and health history to ensure that pre-operative evaluations have been completed and consent form has been signed. Provide and set up necessary instruments, supplies and equipment for the surgery procedure, according to surgeon's preference. Transfer patient from pre-operative area to the OR and to the Recovery Area. Position patient accordingly and safely. Time-out protocols before starting surgeries, verifying correct patient identification and procedural details. Coordinate with surgeons and the surgical team to deliver safe patient care during operations. Proper documentation and completion of patient's Electronic Health Record.

SCRUB NURSE: Arranges instruments on table immediately accessible to both nurse and surgeon, anticipates needs for it and handling it properly, suctions secretions, retracting, preserves specimens, maintaining aseptic field and doing post-op care and cleaning and packing of instruments.

PACU NURSE: Monitoring patient's condition and recording vital information such as Vital Signs, Input and Output, Allergic reactions and other post-operative complications that may occur. Accomplish Doctor's Orders such as medications, fluids, positioning, diet.
