Responsibilities include working as a utility worker on production lines, sorting, inspection line, fire watch and confined space. Sanitation, using Lockout Tag Out . Following GMP's and working safely.
Daily duties Include washing equipment, breaking down frozen product in the tunnels, shoveling, scrubbing, foaming . Maintaining work areas clean, using Lock out Tag out.
Following GMP's and safety. Using PPE safety glasses, wet suit and face shields when ever using chemicals. Used, and properly stored hazardous chemical cleaners to reduce risk of injury or illness. Prepared cleaning solutions and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards.
Responsibilities included operating high care area . Troubleshooting any problems and fix them. Communicate with production lead for bigger problems to be resolved. Make sure AGV’s are working properly, communicate with maintenance, and electricians if needed. Work as a team, avoid down time. Reboot AGV's when needed.
Responsibilities included, Filling barrels with wione, digging tanks, shoveling grapes ,wine pump overs, chemical additions and clean up.
Creating new appointments, receiving in accuplus, creating labels, printing and scanning. 10-key Data Entry.
Working in the receiving area responsibilities included unloading product from trucks into the hoppers, recording the truck number, start, and finish unloading time. Ensuring that when product comes from same field product is loaded into both hoppers. Before product reaches production I must call in a rock trap check, to check for any rocks or glass product may have contained. When there is a new field I must report that field change to control room so there is a 10 minute gap. I would relief the lead's breaks and lunch supervising the receiving area, working as a team to make sure no production time is lost, and knowing how to problem solve. Using a radio to communicate with maintenance, supervisors. I would operate CCM machine's as well, always paying attention to detail, ensuring no corn would get stuck in machine, washing machines and maintaining floor area clean. When we would run onions, I would remove damaged part of onion, by slicing off damaged area, and removing the stem.
Responsibilities included keeping count of product, paying close attention to detail, and ensuring the size of the product is the same size as printed on label. Placing label on box, and selecting what line the box is for. Whenever there is a change in farm, and there is product from a different farmer. I must finish line production and scan bar code for new farm, reselect the lines and start line production once again.
