*Assist in the development of Maternal Transport Team

*Recruit and train Maternal Transport Team members

*Contributing content developer for the new Maternal Transport chapter in the upcoming 5th Edition of the AAP Guidelines for Neonatal & Pediatric Transport

*Identify growth opportunities for the Transport team and report to Leadership

*Maintain good working relationship with transport vendors

*Provide direct patient care including labor, delivery, surgical (cesarean, tubal ligation, emergency hysterectomy, high risk/low risk ante/intra/postpartum patients.

*Assist educator with unit competencies

*Interface directly with patients, visitors, staff and physicians
