Dear Family, I am excited to apply for your babysitting position. At 21 years old, I bring both maturity and energy, along with reliable transportation and a clean driving record as a licensed driver. Living near Ybor City, just five to seven minutes from downtown Tampa and the University of Tampa, I am in close proximity and able to arrive promptly whenever needed. In addition to my child care experience, I am a Registered Dental Assistant with CPR Certification, and my clinical training has allowed me to work in pediatric offices where I gained valuable experience caring for children. I understand the importance of creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment for kids while also maintaining structure and patience. My background in both healthcare and mentorship roles at the University of Tampa has prepared me to be dependable, nurturing, and attentive to the needs of children of all ages. I also want to share my availability. I only have classes on Mondays and Wednesdays, which means those are the only days I would generally be unavailable. However, I do have a midday gap between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM on those days, so I can still help in case of emergencies. Since all of my classes are on campus, I can be flexible if something comes up unexpectedly. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends, I am fully available.
