As you can tell, I've been in this career for almost 8 years now. My passion has done nothing but grown since my journey has started. I'm in a small town with many competing salons and growth has become some what stagnant. To work in a bustling, young, and artistic city has been my dream before I even got my license. After 5 years as a commission stylist I made the jump into self-employment and have loved the freedom and drive that these 2 years have given me. With that being said, I think a commission salon would suit me best as I will be starting in a new town working towards clientele building. I think its important to note that a great salon is built on supportive stylists. My coworkers will be family to me no matter where I go. I've met amazing women that inspire me to work harder everyday and try to in turn show that kindness and support to others. My Clients are always put first. Their happiness upon leaving is valuable to me beyond words. I have kept many with me through my entire 8 year career while continuing to always welcome new faces into my chair.
