in 2006 I started working for the company, for two years I was only dedicated to assembling trombone tuning slides, achieving the production of 30 slides per day, during that time, when there was no material for trombones, I helped the trumpet department to assemble all kind of slides, in 2008 I had to leave my job for personal reasons. in 2010 I decided to start working again and the company rehired me. from 2010 to 2022 I learned to assemble everything related to trombones, slides, and gut assembly, I learned to assemble a trombone from head to toe, I learned all the models and components, as well as the location of the materials and during that time I had to repair my own trombones. in 2021 the company offered me the opportunity to be a group leader, having the chance to interact with other departments and learn more about their work. Nowadays I know where each component comes from, whether it is a made part or purchased, this has helped me become a better leader, more productive, and have the ability to solve internal problems. In May 2023 the repair technician was promoted and since then I have carried out repairs on the trombones, such as: replacing bells, replacing components, repairing minor dents, etc. At the same time, I have fulfilled the role of group leader.
