A full time employee gained experience in Least Intrusive Minimally Aversive (LIMA) training, dog walking, general care of animals, enrichment, training outings, GDBART testing, and team training. Prepared and administered medications and treatments as prescribed by lead trainers. Shadowed trainers daily, observed dogs in various settings to determine behavioral concerns and problems. Entered ongoing documentation in Program software system. Assisted volunteers during training classes and helped maintain a clean training area. Implemented puppy socialization classes that promoted early development of essential social skills and appropriate interaction with other dogs and humans.

Focused on food service and food preparation, developed skills in customer service, sanitation, and register procedures, displayed time-management, efficient communication, and ability to work in a team setting.
