• Became the reference point for the participation and engagement of around 65 to 70 IFRC and ICRC colleagues to 10 webinars
• Wrote 20 synthesis reports and minutes in collaboration with the Red Cross National Societies and ICRC

• Managed the advocacy and the logistics for the interventions of the IFRC Migration and Displacement Lead’s interventions in international fora and the profiling and engagement of the IFRC in the context of the Council of Delegate and 33rd International Conference, which resulted in the adoption of 1 resolution on Internal Displacement and the distribution of 2 briefing notes to 1,000 participants.

• Internal communications, reporting, external communications: Developed a new method to organize a reporting timetable for all 30 focal points, which resulted in the submission for clearance to HQ of 64 main internal and external Situation Reports (ex.: Document - Greece FactSheet 01-31 December 2016 (unhcr.org) Ensured the dissemination of information to 500 UNHCR officers and the development of data analysis on the UNHCR portal.

• Reporting: reported on the outcomes of the WHS Consultations Sessions in Geneva with a focus on protection and education in emergencies
• Advocacy, Public speaking: intervened as a speaker at the 21st International Humanitarian Conference, organized with the support of ICRC, UNHCR and the Government of Geneva
• The speech title was: “Humanitarian action: current challenges in Mali”
• Co-organized and moderated for the NGO Villages Unis, IOM and the International Institute of Humanitarian Law the side event “The migration crisis in Europe: stakes and challenges” during the 32nd Session of the Human Rights Council

• Internal and external communications: negotiated, crafted and wrote the protocol between the European Parliament, the European Commission and the Italian government on European Civic Education for teachers
• Project management: delivered a pilot project to train a group of 20 teachers and replicate it through INDIRE – Italian Agency for Innovation in Schools
• Engaged with 50 people in the Ministry of Education and the Prime Minister Cabinet to launch a training plan for 200,000 teachers.

• Planning and Project Management: wrote 2 projects on gender equality, health and the prevention of gender based violence, guaranteeing the financing of USD 100,000 by Carnegie Foundation to the project «Empowering Women and Men as Partners in Peacebuilding»
• Donors’ Relations: Strengthened the partnerships with UNWOMEN and NGOs, ex.: Femmes Africa Solidarité for the initiative Empowering Women in Agriculture promoted by the African Capacity Building Foundation in collaboration with 7 African States
• Prepared the study on Rwanda launched at the 20th African Union Summit http://www.acbf-pact.org/ which contributed to review Pro-Femmes program and to rise their funding by 25%.

• Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) – European Commission (EC) - Bremen, Germany and Venice, Project Management and Reporting: Managed the strengthening of the members’ network from 50 to 150
• Organized 20 events, logistics and communication for the Italian presence in international fora: at CERN in 2009, during the 2010 International Biosquare Forum in Geneva and the UPU (Universal Postal Union) Congress, which led to increase the organization’s revenue by 50%
• Proposed the EEN Board’s medium term program helping to increase the offices’ performance through the implementation of 15 projects
• Concluded agreements with 3 partner institutions in Europe and managed their fulfillment guaranteeing the cooperation with different EU networks, the organization of 30 events and of 3 missions abroad, including the coordination of travel arrangements for 50 people each time in: Brazil, India and Russia
• Managed 3.5 M EUR of funding sources according to the EEN Action Plan and the DG ENTR Regulations
• Led a 5-person team to draft new inter-office procedures.

• For UNICEF: prepared 5 technical legal documents on juvenile justice systems, promising initiatives to avoid juvenile deprivation of liberty in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan
• Translated legal texts from Russian into English were used to support the debate on alternatives to deprivation of liberty and to strengthen international standards of juvenile justice systems in Central Asia during the Central Asia Juvenile Justice Forum (Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, 29th – 30th May 2011)
