My job position would require proper PPE. It is a beef plant and a very fast paced environment. My duties are to pull the meat that corresponds with me. Depending on the day and the schedule we would do different cuts. It is a physical and mental job as we need to keep count on which meat corresponds with you. I would also help leadman and supervisors on the floor when it comes to the meat coming out wrong or ending up as rework. At the end of the shift I have to clean my work area and would also wash everybody's gloves.
