I would start the day off by replenishing all the food items into their separate bin. FIFO all the bread, prep breakfast items, make order as need from the POS, assist with other kitchen crew member with their duties, floor scrub the fry line, wipe down the walls, counters and fridges, organize the freezer, power wash the outside when asked too
Our job started early morning and the first thing to start the day off is making our in-house pizza sauce, marinara and salad dressing, bake chicken wings and portion into bags, hand chopped and portion produce, we make our dough from scratch, weigh and portion in to the proof bags, wash all kitchen equipment, clean and sanitized our prep area.
