Start the day off with the proper PPE like Hairnets, hard hat , safety glasses and an over coat. When the right blend is found in the warehouse it'll be fork lifted to our blending sweet ill go over each ingredient to make sure they're all there and accounted for, If anythings missing then the proper leads will be informed. Once all is accounted for me and the coworkers will manually toss and cut bags of protein powder and dump them into our dry industrial food mixer. The ingredients can weigh anywhere from a couple grams to 22kgs and occasionally heavier to total a blend of either 1500kg/2750kg or 3000kg per lot. Once all ingredients are in the machine it'll be set to mix for the recommended amount of time then it'll be sampled and sacked out to store for the line to run later. Dates and times are tracked in a log books and on our company red zone app. occasional wet cleans and dry cleans also included in the lineup of different blends and allergens/customers. wet Cleans include taking apart the blender and completely hosing down soaping scrubbing and sanitizing the room and all the parts that go to it. ATP swabs will be taken by quality and once they've passed the room will then be dried and put back together to to continue blending.

The job included getting in early and setting up the bakery in our grocery store , proofing donuts baking breads and pastries. The other half of the job was customer service and over the counter sales . Other duties would be stocking the freezer when supplies come in and occasional deli Overtime .
