Manage and supervise harvesting operations. Talk with packing house manager and sales team throughout the day about day to day harvest projections. Fruit estimates and evaluations. Coordinate harvest for color/size/strip picks. Keep growers up to date with harvest planning. Keep track of bins harvested each day. Oversee farm labor contractor invoices per week for accurate accountability. In field early checking weather conditions for harvest operations. Coordinate with farm labor contractors daily for harvest operations. Daily in and out field bin traceability for accurate counts. Send daily field reports to packing house team for accurate harvesting. Maturity fruit testing.

Supervising Farm Labor Contractor crews, making sure they are working safely and harvesting fruit properly ensuring the best quality picking is being provided.

Managing Farm Labor Contractors to ensure that our harvest goals are met daily.

Ability to distinguish fruit sizes and color in and out of the bin to ensure the correct fruit is being harvested.

Maintaining records of bins picked and time worked to ensure correct invoicing.

Adjust harvest bin pricing, to ensure the cost is low as possible.

Knowledge in fruit defects and gathering up fruit estimates.

Evaluating/Re-evaluating orchards blocks.

Communicating with packing house representatives with updates on a day to day basis about fruit quality,size,color and defects.

Orange maturity testing.
