Project Highlights

  • E-Vaccine Information System. Digitized immunization tracking for the Institute of Public Health. Integrated with Civil Registry and e-Albania portal for digital certificates and appointment bookings.
  • Blood Bank Information System. Managed the design and deployment of a comprehensive nationwide digital platform to modernize blood bank operations in Albania to go from paper registration into electronic system. The new system is designed to cover donor registration, donor management, lab analysis, inventory management, distribution tracking and integration with laboratory equipment at the National Centre of Blood Transfusion to enable automated data transmission.
  • IT System for Electronic Medical Reports and Health Certificates. Implemented platform for medical documents (sick leave, work attestations, and other medical certificates), fully integrated with e-Albania for citizen and employer access. The system is used by more than 5000 doctors in public and private institutions in Albania.
  • Electronic Registry for Visit Forms of Family Doctor. Enabled more than 1600 family doctors to manage patient visit forms digitally. Integrated with prescription, referral, and insured registry systems with Single Sign-On.
  • Led national rollout of EHR in collaboration with Austrian government. Enabled centralized medical history across public institutions.
