For an entire year I worked as a fleet manager inspecting vans and making sure registration was up to date sometimes over 40 vans at a time. I was also a driver trainer helping new ones to feel comfterable in there role,which was a challenge as Amazon standards increase in difficulty every few months. Although this was challenging in the hot conditions I found this part of the job to be the most exciting and fulfilling. As a supervisor I was occasionally able to give motivational speeches at our stand up meeting just prior to our workday. As a driver I am a top performer achieving a fantastic rating 5 out of the 6 weeks on average which was very strong seeing as we delivered on the strip. I am truly looking forward to growing in knowledge by learning new things.
