Production Supervisor
- Lead and train team members in daily schedules on three separate lines
- Manage production schedules while creating efficiencies to maintain quality and thruput meeting customer satisfaction and schedules
- Leads teams in product and equipment changeovers including sanitation
- Ensures team members remain current with Food safety and EHS compliance
- Able to troubleshoot issues with equipment as well as make adjustments
- Precise documentation to ensure quality and 100% traceability
- Clear and honest communication with all employees and senior leaders
