Marisol de la Garza is a muralist, ceramicist and researcher with degrees in cognitive science and art. She takes an interconnective approach to her work by experimenting with multi-sensory art installations, cultural craft, and flexible communication materials. She maintains practical skills in the mural industry, arts administration, research methods, data analysis, communication, and aesthetics while studying learning & memory, critical art theory, ethnoecology, neuroscience, and archival analysis (e.g., bias evaluation & information architecture). Marisol's goal is to perpetually pioneer multi-modal presentation methods in both arts and communications and most importantly revive relevant content.
