Before I became a supervisor, I was a machine operator for 13 years. Running various manufacturing equipment from auto metal saws, Haas CNC mills, Punch press machines. Following all dimensional and cosmetic call outs on inspection sheets for any part in production. Performing these inspection call out checks using various measurement machines and instruments i.e, calipers, micrometers, height stands, Lmm ( linear measurement machine), various other hand measuring devices.

Later on taking a QA technician roll for 9 months. In that roll I insured the dimensional and cosmetic features of all parts produced by machine operators were met according to the customer blueprints before being sent to the customer. By performing hourly walks on the production floor inspecting operators completed parts. Checking first piece production parts using various industry manufacturing measurement practices,
