  • After starting my Assistant manager training I became responsible for assisting the General Manager and the First Assistant General Manager in daily operations. That included Food quality, Food waste, Labor Control Managing money, and Customer complaints as well as completing managerial paperwork. I've attended corporate set meetings as the Leonard Sonic Drive-In representative. I took on the responsibility of training any and all employees in making sure work is completed to Sonic standards as well as interviewing new hires.
