Summary

I have excellent customer service skills. Because of my years as an EMT, then transitioning to hospital billing, I have encountered people at their worst moments. Dealing with people who are in pain, worried about loved ones having to pay large hospital bills, takes patience and empathy. I have an outgoing, positive demeanor and proven skills in establishing rapport with clients/patients. Since my retirement I have been very active at my church serving as a Servant Leader for Vacation Bible School. Because of COVID our VBS has not resumed, but the last session was in 2019, where we had over 1,000 students attend our 2 week program. As Servant Leader I was responsible for coordinating the curriculum and managing a staff of 70-75 volunteer teachers and supporting personnel.

I have served on the Board of Directors of my cooperative, as Treasurer from June 2020 until June 2022.
