Room patients in a timely manner, get vitals, administer vaccines, swabbing for illnesses, and sterilizing rooms. Working with a team in order for these patients to have the best care.

Worked on a Medical/Surgical floor, helping patients with daily basic needs. I helped them with bathing, getting dressed, feedings, repositioning, vitals every 4 hours. Along with glucose checks, documenting input and outputs, using lifts to get bedridden patients up for the day. As well as keeping it all documented in time. I cared for between 8-15 patients a shift.
