Supported front and back office operations in walk-in clinic under Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner. While working in the front office I checked patients in to the clinic, check insurance verification, answered phones. While working in the back office I assisted with rooming patients, taking vitals, medical history of patient, assisted with COVID, FLU Strep testing, Ear Lavage's, injections, EKGS, wound cleaning, sports physical and eye exams
