Goals

My professional goals with the Office are to help as many people reach their professional and personal goals as I can, provide stellar customer service to our employees and the citizens of the Maricopa County while ensuring that we meet the expectations set by the courts. My personal goals while working in the Office are to further my professional career to the highest ranks by attending advanced training courses in cutting edge detention/corrections practices, learning from my mentors and subordinates in leadership skills to promote an environment that fosters job satisfaction.
