I established Patriot Consulting in 2016. The company is designed to work specifically in the Towing Industry space utilizing my almost 40 years of towing industry experience. Patriot Consulting was founded on the bare principals of business, Experience, Integrity, Dedication, Loyalty, Strength to push forward and Success. As the owner, I feel that am emblematic of all of these traits and look forward to representing the largest to the smallest companies in America to achieve greatness.

July 2023 to November 2023

I just finished a 5 month contract that involved new business development. successful search for a new General Manager, equipment turnover and purchase, recruiting and training. The business was started to support a different company that ownership possesses, ownership decided that they wanted to expand the company and open two new locations. I was able to bring in new day one business and staffing to complete this process.

January 2023 - July 2023

Patriot Consulting was contracted for one year with a Mid-West Towing operation that went through a serious embezzlement issue with a former management team. The contract was finished, and all goals met within 7 months. The company was removed from a Major municipality contract the day before I arrived. The new Sheriff did not want the company back on rotation. In four months, I had the company back on rotation. Had that not happened the company likely would have gone out of business. In the following months I was able to "reinvent" this company by bringing in new staff, renovating the impound and office facility, remarketing the old equipment and bringing in new, mending old relationships that were destroyed by previous management. I was tasked with and completed bringing the current impound facility that was out of compliance with state law back into compliance and completed an auction process. I Had two unexpected audits in one week from the state and workers comp and passed each audit without much preparation time.

Worked tirelessly for 6 months answering telephones 24 hrs. a day 7 days a week, performing state police emergency calls for service day and night, began a new business development program through a marketing campaign, established new web site that is state of the art and will attract new business organically. Recruited new employees and trained three new woman operators to be professionals in the industry,recruited and hired a new office manager and operations manager.

Responsible for all day-to-day operations 7 days 24 Hrs. a day.

Previous to 2023- 12 different states performing

Consulting working with Heavy, Medium and light duty towing and recovery companies throughout the country on operational issues, fleet, recruiting and training, municipality contracts, new business development and more. Some of the roles that I was tasked with had me out on numerous heavy recoveries, sometimes 3 in a single day in freezing cold temperatures in the middle of Interstates and backboards of America.

During this time, I oversaw two companies with a total of 13 heavies in one operation and 7 in another. Each company had 2 Rotators. I have managed a staff of up to 41 people as a director of Towing Operations making critical moves and adjustments to ensure nest practices. I pride myself with creating a great work environment for my teams. I am one that delivers positive reinforcement and rewards team members for the excellence. I encourage promotion from within.

I consider this stage of my career as a very rewarding time as I am able to help business owners with internal problems that were hard for them to reach without outside assistance. It has enabled them to grow and move to the next level in their quest to achieve their operational goals.

My contracts brought me to TN twice, Wisconsin, Iowa, Ct, Ma. Ny. NJ. Fl. and NV. My clients have all signed confidentiality agreements. I have pledged to honor their agreements as i will yours.

On Call 7 days/ 24 hrs. a day. Light Medium and Heavy Duty Towing
