  • Increased production by 45% YoY through a more targeted process of filtering our leads and increasing right party contact and conversions
  • Implemented near real time dialing for interactions on digital and improved the incremental acquisition rate by 13%
  • Worked with Marketing and Client to ensure we were dialing the best leads through improved business rules and filtering, which improved conversion rates
  • Added a Consumer Lending Team to OPS and consistently had booked rates10% higher than the Bank CL teams on EVP, DP, and TLP
  • Average Multi-Company was 28.5% against a target of 21%, set a company record in PPH at 2.64
  • Transitioned the outbound team from Building Wealth to NMS which improved the career path for all of the employees and improved morale
