Summary

Being a Program Coordinator with Bay Cliff Health Camp helped me hone my skills within activity planning, time and staff management, and how to work with youth in a therapeutic environment. Successfully designing engaging programs that foster creativity and are inclusive to all campers. My four years working for the Metroparks taught me how to care for and maintain the land, ensuring an attractive, fun and safe environment for visitors to enjoy. My time here also helped me develop a great love and respect for the outdoors, along with the many ecosystems it holds. Through my WFR course, I passed simulations involving safety procedures, crisis management and evacuation. I am very passionate about youth development and creating memorable experiences within the outdoors for everyone.
