- I quickly fell in love with the industry and the environment I was working in and began taking control of my career
- Safely operated all pieces of equipment that I green carded on, RTD's, track dozers, track hoe, cable trucks, motor graders, etc
- Within a few of years I was able to prove myself and made it as a ground laborer which entailed taking direction from mountain bosses and dispatch for proper placement of shovels for efficient mining, maintain a safe work area, and looking for opportunities to improve daily operations.
