Market Lead for Small Cell management, using previous experience as a field technician to coordinate Crown Castle, FSA Vendors, GCs, and T-Mobile field operations for deployment. Managed warehouse material issues across all 4G/5G overlay and new builds to minimize time from receiving to deployment to help meet goals of individual programs. Responsible for Purchase Order/financial management and working within budgets set by regional management.

Small cell Program Achievements:

• 1800+ small cell nodes on air for NYC including ODAS, LTE+LAA, 5G N41, leading the NE region in deployments .
• NYC times square pole upgrades deploying 5G N41 + N260 mmWave achieving over 2 Gbps DL speeds and capacity for enhanced new years eve user experience.
• Infill for coverage in Macro limited areas

Managed multiple contractor field crews for RF optimization for all NYC sites, covering new site builds, site modifications, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting RF related network performance issues.

Implemented new RF and antenna configurations utilizing Ericsson OSS, running scripts, in real time with contractors to minimize downtime and customer impact in preparation for new low band spectrum integration.

Over all program resulted in reduction of SINR and interference across entire NYC market working with RF engineering and GCs by antenna sector optimization for close to 1000 sites.

This position also required working in Manhattan switch supporting Ericsson GCs for new site deployments.

Led and Managed team of eight technicians overseeing day to day activities. Utilized hourly reports and trending tools to direct technicians where needed to minimize customer impact. Monitored team performance to assess training requirements and areas in need of improvement.

Primary duties in midtown and downtown Manhattan were to service, maintain, and perform preventative measures to minimize outages and improve customer experience. Attended to special projects such as new DAS deployments, 3G UMTS and 4G LTE deployments + spectrum clearing, RF interference troubleshooting and customer complaints. Improved overall MOU and DCR by identifying poor equipment installations and working with GCs to fix and prevent future issues. Lead technician for servicing Manhattan indoor DAS/neutral host systems including Lincoln, Holland,and Midtown tunnels.
