• Coordinate and execute GMP and non-GMP work orders for routine and non routine work, using Blue Mountain Ram Production. Ensure all work completed aligns with GDP, GLP and GxP standards and procedures.
• Planning and scheduling outside work to be completed with minimal interruption to workflow, while ensuring all end users are aware and prepared for work in their space.
• 24x7 On call phone support to respond to alarms or unusual conditions in a timely manner.

• Monitor and report on Chill Water Plant, Air Handler Units, Compressed Air Systems, Vacuum Systems, Nitrogen Generators, Waste Water Skids, Reverse Osmosis Units, Back Up Generators, and all associated pumps, piping and motors.
• Performed troubleshooting of improperly functioning equipment with client and vendor as required to resolve issues and return the facility to proper operation.
• Weekly report documenting the systems operational summary.

• Contributed to repeat and referral business through strong problem-solving skills and commitment to top-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
• Supervised a team of automotive technicians and handled human resource needs.
• Created purchase orders, researched and ordered parts for vehicle repairs based on quality, warranty, labor coverage, and price.
