Responsible for all aspects of Commercial installer Technician to include demolition, installation, piping, wiring start up and turn over to customer.

Equipment covered in this field include, chillers, air handlers, water cooled coils, cooling towers, water heaters, controls and all associated equipment for listed equipment.

Working within all aspects of maintenance associated with seamless hot rolling pipe mill to include but not limited too, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automated lubrication systems, process furnaces and other duties as assigned.

Responsible for Safety of shift crew as well as onsite contractors including lock out testing, proper tool selection and safe work practices.

Responsible for all work orders in SAP system, time cards, schedules, vacation and all payroll documents needed for crew.

Program Coordinator and Instructor for C4M program to include curriculum writer, lab creator and maintainer of all equipment in conjunction with LED Fast Start.

Training all aspects of Manufacturing including maintenance and repair, measurement, welding, machining and print reading, controls and installation of equipment.

Additional teaching classes including Oil and Gas, Pumps and Compressors.
