  • Led the successful completion of multiple projects, including 5G upgrades from real estate development, through construction, integration and on air for numerous markets on time and on budget.
  • Directly managing a team of 40 to successfully complete real estate entitlements, including leasing/contract negotiations, zoning/permitting, regulatory, engineering, as well as the construction and integrations of over 1,800 sites throughout Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois and Wisconsin, which successfully moved the company from the 4th largest wireless telecommunications company in the country to 2nd and has the best 5G coverage across the nation.
  • Additional responsibilities include, creating and managing monthly budgets of over $50 Million, managing the successful completion of special projects, backhaul upgrades, including microwave and fiber installs, managing employees/contractors of over 40 individual and numerous vendors, strategic planning, problem resolution and presenting achievements to piers and executives on a daily/weekly basis.
