*Oversaw maintenance operations the maintenance and custodial staff for every facility within the corporation (20-30 employees).

*One of the main points of contact with engineers, architects, and general contractors during all projects or any scope of work.

*In charge of the transportation department for roughly ten years with an additional thirty employees.

*Handled all day to day complaints on any bus issues.

*Responsible for having the fleet ready for both the annual and semi-annual bus inspections.

Directed a team of 7-10 employees.

*Responsible for sourcing and negotiating pricing for all of our major customers.

*Handled purchasing of all hand safety and eye safety related items (approximately 15 million dollars in purchasing a year).

*Responsible for any items that the volume dictated importing from overseas.

*In charge of finding new vendors and developing relationships to maximize profit.

*Lead and manage 25 employees.

*Responsible for having payroll ready.

*Handled all day to day issues while meeting shipping deadlines.
