  • Managed all Final Mile Delivery related processes and systems for the company’s North Division and Canada Division. Footprint of 187 branches, 14 Central Dispatch Markets.
  • Successfully implemented a Central Dispatch operation in 4 new markets. Included training of dispatchers, operations staff and sales staff.
  • Worked cross functionally with IT and software vendor to test TMS software updates for desired functionality. Identified and eliminated defects before updates were pushed out to the field.
  • Led a data hierarchy project within our TMS software that resulted in an improvement in site performance. Average action speed improved by 4 seconds (3.3 times faster than previous).
  • Used Tableau data visualization software to create a companywide metrics report sent to all field, divisional, and functional leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Led the training and implementation of Beacon’s TMS software across the Canada division.
  • Supported the companywide implementation of a new ERP system for 3rd Party logistics.
  • Optimized Warehouse flow in our branches by conducting Value Stream Mapping (VSM) events.

  • Communicated with sales staff for all aspects of their deliveries (scheduling, tracking, proof of delivery, etc.)
  • Maintained relationships with truck drivers and operations staff and regularly communicated plans to them.
  • Scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs for our fleet of trucks, trailers, and forklifts.
