• My primary function is to mitigate problems and give directives that efficiently build buildings, substations, & or roadway systems mostly in the health care industry, pari-mutuel's, Arenas, Stadiums, utilities & mass transit
• My Responsibilities entailed in several projects along the way
• Miami Dolphins new Training Camp throughout the pandemic opening on time, UM Knight recital Hall, Miami Metro Mover New Fiber Back bone from the 111 building throughout down town Miami installing new equipment at every station house installing new pathways from mover rail to station houses, and surveillance systems at every Platform, Miami Cancer Institute for Baptist Health CEP & Proton building, Port of Miami we relocated the existing FPL, and Communication infrastructure and roadways to allow the new Royal Caribbean Cruise terminal to be built including entrance and roadway
• Jackson Health Systems Main Campus installed new infrastructure while keeping the facility on-line new 4,160-volt cabling form building to building & submersible gear tied to existing buildings Equipment, also re arranged existing infrastructure to allow the demolition of the rehabilitation buildings, CEP expansion for Baptist Health West Kendal
• All Medium Voltage Emergency service and repairs for all Health Care, Pari-Mutuel's, & Private client systems.

• I ran the office including the estimating, payroll, and day to day operation
• We built custom homes for the Seminole Tribe, Boys & Girls club and miscellaneous
• Relocation of infrastructure for the new cancer building Joe DiMaggio Memorial health
• We installed all new street lighting on 35th avenue from Johnson street to Taft street & Park Road, and FPL underground conduit systems removing overhead lines for new bridge, Also installed new Traffic signal master communication from Park Rd to 35th avenue on Johnson street
• Marlins Ballpark Sports lighting package and operating systems for lighting, The Clevelander Bar Pool and associated equipment, Optical Fiber for the Satellite equipment
• AT&T Equipment services, directional bore and install conduit and metering equipment
• Miscellaneous construction contracts and services, Sage Mont Upper school Auditorium, Miami Gardens Business center, Boca Raton office buildouts, City of Opa-locka CDC Housing.

Supervised field operations

• Discovery Channel headquarters, Super Bowl XXXIII temporary show power & festivities buildout, Joe Robby Stadium remodel 100 level & Suite Level, American Airlines Arena Signs and Sound System rapid defrost for ice floor and Party suites re-work, Rick case Honda Dealership, Pro Player Stadium new sound system, Palm meadows Thoroughbred training center in Boynton Beach Fl
• Complete infrastructure and 40 stables 3 ancillary buildings 3- dorm buildings from Fire Alarm to communications 25 KV medium voltage system, 5 story tilt building, Gulfstream Race Park full demo and remodel while maintaining a temporary facility for the races during construction, Miami Dolphins Training Facility new gear generators and covered field 'The Bubble'.

• Built pump/ lift station 5 pumps controls and power, reworked main original bus duct, built all new main electric room for the Harbor House
