• Working as a Equipment operator I am responsible for the safe operation of excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers and various other equipment.

• Operating excavators, dozers, loaders and compaction equipment on various projects ranging from site development and infrastructure to fuel systems and contaminated remedial actions.

• I held the position of construction superintendent in Bethel Alaska.
• I overseen the construction activity of an addition and improvements to the existing water treatment plant building which includes process piping improvements.
• Also being constructed at this time is a new lift station and 12,000 lf. of 12" HDPE arctic pipe force main-line.
• All work is funded through the State of Alaska Village safe Water program. (VSW)
• I am overseeing excavation, carpentry, electrical and plumbing operations in the field as well as performing takeoffs and material procurement from engineered drawings.
• Cost tracking the project according to the funding agencies guidelines.
• Overseen scheduling of personnel, equipment, materials and sub contractors to insure timely completion of all phases of the project.

• My position as the Construction Administrator/Project Superintendent requires me to oversee and track the day-to-day construction activities and costs of multiple projects throughout the region.
• Project's consist of constructing small, medium and large water treatment plants, 50,000-1,000,000 gallon water storage tanks, distribution piping systems, as well as construction of wastewater treatment and solid waste facilities in rural communities to meet the stringent guidelines and codes of the state of Alaska and Federal funding agencies.
• Projects vary in size and scope from $150,000-$15,000,000.
• Some not all of my duties include assessing and determining material takeoffs from design drawings, equipment and manpower needs, freight/travel logistics, establish and track project schedules and budgets utilizing MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook and Dexter/Chaney accounting software's.
• I frequently travel to the project site to perform QC and safety inspections.
• I provide oversight and scheduling of multiple sub contractors and provide customer relations with the community and funding agencies.
• Working with the engineers, I attend design review meeting to determine the constructability of, and estimate the construction costs of the projects as well as any DCVR's from plan sets.
