  • Some not all of my duties include assessing and determining material takeoffs from design drawings, equipment and manpower needs, freight/travel logistics, establish and track project schedules and budgets utilizing MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook and Dexter/Chaney accounting software's.
  • I frequently travel to the project site to perform QC and safety inspections.
  • I provide oversight and scheduling of multiple sub contractors and provide customer relations with the community and funding agencies.
  • Working with the engineers, I attend design review meeting to determine the constructability of, and estimate the construction costs of the projects as well as any DCVR's from plan sets.
