  • At Super Star Car Wash exceeded all expectations with 40+ new locations in development or built within the first year.
  • By end of 2023, Super Star Car Wash has over 100 units and 40+ units in the pipeline. Up from only 23 units when I joined.
  • Analyzed, interviewed, and hired a new architectural firm to redesign Super Star Car Wash prototype.
  • Created and implemented successful roll-out for Super Star Car Wash in five new markets, all while acquiring additional high profile new sites in existing markets.
  • Site and Anchor Tenant acquisitions for W.M. Grace Development to develop a Basha's Grocery anchored shopping center.
  • Tribal Land Lease in City of Scottsdale. Brought in Opus Southwest as developer of Calendar Mixed Use development with 270,000 square feet of office space.
