• Served as Ammunition Chief for 3D Battalion, 4th Marines, Regimental Combat Team7, II Marine Expeditionary Force from March 2013 to October 2013, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom 13.1 and 13.2. I played a major key roll in sustaining the battalion's 1,300 personnel spread across six forward operation bases in the Helmand Province of Afghanistan. As a direct as a result of my abilities, the logistics section was not only successful in it support of ammunition resupply, but also in the nearly $200,000 in retrograded, recovered, and redistributed ammunition throughout the battle space. Over the course of a demanding seven month deployment, my professionalism and attention to detail was critical to ensuring the battalion was successful in the effective accountability and sustainment of a regimental sized unit's ammunition account. My efforts undoubtedly enhanced the unit's ability to accomplish the mission.
• Served as the assistant operation chief, Center Magazine Area, Headquarters Battalion, MCAGCC, Twentynine Palms, California from March 2014 to August 2018. I set the standard for mission accomplishment and diligence in the execution of my duties. I lead five teams in rewarehousing 19 earth covered magazines and two operational areas housing 214 line items and 10 million rounds valued at more than 68 million dollars in ammunition and explosive assets. Due to my effective leadership and execution the Center Magazine Area obtained an inventory accuracy of 99.1 percent for Class V(W) material and 100 percent for class V(A) material which ultimately gave a satisfactory grade during the 2017 Combat Center Explosive Safety Inspection.
• Served as a quality assurance/safety observer, Center Magazine Area, Headquarter Battalion , MCAGCC, Twentynine Palms, California from July 2017 to August 2018. During this period, I accounted for 174 issue transactions totaling 8 million dollars in ammunition assets facilitating the support of Integrated Training Exercise 5-17 and countless local unit training evolutions. I conducted 243 receipt transactions for 60 short tons of ammunition in support of exercise unit turn-ins and commercial shipment offloads. My superb example and sustained top level performance led to my selection as the Center Magazine Area Quality Assurance/Safety Observer of the Quarter.
