I was responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting products from warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders, ensuring they are properly packaged and prepared for shipment. I was pulling and palletizing orders in an accurate and timely manner. I select orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer Operate assigned unit to create labels; correctly place labels on product. Stack product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures (for example, no stacking heavy-on-light, labels facing out, etc.). Frequently lift product that weighs 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds; frequently reach up to 72” constantly bend and twist while operating a pallet jack and/or forklift, retrieving items from lower shelf areas. I Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport product. Stage pallets for loading on proper dock locations lastly Shrink-wrap product on loading dock.

• Maintains cleanliness of public, banquet, and work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
• Completes final breakdown of function, by cleaning the room, and cleaning and returning equipment to its proper location
• Completes closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, locking doors, breaking down goods, etc
• Sets up, stocks, and maintains work areas
• Monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
• Transports dirty linen to correct area to be cleaned, separates napkins from tablecloths, and restocks linen shelves with clean linens
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests

• Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take over
• Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols
• Monitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activities
• Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management
• Testing security systems and, if needed, operating X-ray machines and metal detectors
• Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner
• Performing CPR or first aid when needed
