• Resident care; assist with showers, feeding and daily activities.

Answer call lights when residents need assistants.

Provide care to residents whos on ventilators, tracheostomies.

• Provide personal care to residents daily and when needed.
• Assist with feeding, and feed residents thats unable to feed themselves.
• Assist residents with their daily living including; bathing, grooming, dressing and undressing.
• Provide care for bedridden residents, turn every two hours and Prn.
• Provide care to residents that's on Ventilators and who have a Tracheostomy.
• Assist residents out on doctor appointments.
• Provide assistance transfering to and from bed and in and out of wheelchairs.

• Answer residents call signals.
• Provide companship to residents.
• Assist clients/ residents with their daily living including; bathing, grooming and dressing and undressing.
• Transfer residents alone or with assistance to and from bed and in and out of wheelchairs.
• Assist residents with eating and feed ones who are able to feed themselves.
• Oversee residents while in special activities.
• Take and record vital signs.

• Answer residents call signals.
• Turn and reposition bedridden residents, alone or with assistance, to prevent bedsores.
• Observe residents conditions, measuring and recording food and liquid intake and output and vital signs, report changes to professional staff.
• Feed residents who are unable to feed themselves.
• Provide residents with help walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed.
• Provide resident care by supplying and emptying bed pans, applying dressings and supervising excercise routines.
• Bathe, groom, shave, dress, or drape residents to prepare them for surgery, treatment, or examination.
• Transport residents to treatment units, using a wheelchair or stretcher.
• Clean rooms and change linens.
• Collect specimens such as urine, feces, or sputum.

• Assist residents with tasks of daily living including; bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide housekeeping and laundry services.
• Change bed linens.
• Prepared, cooked and served nutritious meals and snacks according to clients/ residents recommeded diet.
• Provided companionship to shut- in/ elderly residents.
• Transported and acoompanied clients/ residents to and from medical appointments.
• Administered medication and injections.
• Assisted clients/ residents on errands outside of the home.
