• Perform a variety of managerial tasks related to the direct supervision of ServiceSource employees, including direction, counseling, and scheduling.

• Performed general support clean-up duties and maintained clean work area by using high-pressure water systems, backhoes and skid-steers.

• Prepared multiple orders simultaneously during peak periods with high accuracy rate, maximizing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Set up and prepared cooking supplies and workstations during opening and closing to maximize productivity.
• Changed and sanitized cutting boards, benches and surfaces between tasks to avoid cross-contamination.
• Following recipes in accordance with the J8 contract by the US Marines.

Put out truck deliveries and do inventory of the whole storeroom including walk in refers and freezers.

Communicate with with the production managers for orders.
