● Provides knowledge of coating materials and techniques for surface preparation, coating application and to perform coating inspection on steel substrates using non- destructive techniques and instrumentation in respect of applicable codes and standards (API, ASTMISO, NACE, etc.) related to corrosion control and monitoring.

● Writes and submit Technical Paper for detailed Process Management and On-site Operation e.g. Method Statement, Instruction for Use, Work Package, Safety Analysis, and Risk Assessment.

● Improve and develop the system in order to transform the business by digitalization of reports, automation of stock order, and associated best practices like having a standard form and common folder.

• Prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents for laboratory testing.
• Analyze organic and inorganic compounds to determine chemical and physical properties, composition, structure, relationships, and reactions, utilizing chromatography, spectroscopy, and spectrophotometry techniques
• Develop, improve, and customize products, equipment, formulas, processes, analytical methods, laboratory safety and reporting techniques
• Compile and analyze test information to determine process or equipment operating efficiency and to diagnose malfunctions with respect to American Public Health Association and American Society for Testing and Materials specifications
• Direct, coordinate, advise and supervise Laboratory Technicians in test procedures for analyzing components and physical properties of materials and maintain proper level of training
• Write technical papers and reports; and prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, and tests.

• Ensures and validates the Environmental compliance of Business Unit as-sold components in terms of Environmental Legislations
• Evaluates which products require communication obligation in accordance to different regulations such as EU REACh, EU ROHS, CA Prop65, and others, prepares Certificate of Compliance
• Collects and interprets engineering drawings and specifications to capture material information necessary for product and material compliance analysis
• Conducts supplier outreach to collect parametric data in the form of Full Material Declaration, certificate of compliance and other regulatory documents
• Supports Customer Outreach, New Product Development and Supplier Change compliance through part prioritization on supplier outreach
• Develop new tools and process to help speed up the task assigned
• Supervises the training of newly hired employees on the process and procedures of tasks assigned

• Responsible for performing quantity, quality and processing of the inspection and verification of Petroleum based Products (crude, unleaded, gasoline, naphtha, LPG, gas oil, kerosene, jet A1, etc.)
• Conduct sampling and laboratory tests based on American Standards and Testing Methods (ASTM) and American Petroleum Institute (API) standards
• Coordinate with local or foreign clients for schedules and other information pertinent to the job
• Take charge in operational procedure of shipments mandated by the company guidelines to assure that all policies are followed.

• Assists in all Laboratory experiments
• Responsible for calibrating and regulating the maintenance of the equipment for the whole laboratory ( Analytical Balance, Centrifuge Machine, Auto Clave, AAS, GC, Refractometer, pH Meter, UV-VIS, Distillation)
• Assures store keeping and inventory of all the chemicals used
• Aids the students in performing experiments or run through of their thesis.
