I lead and trained the kitchen crew members in tasks that included; filling the coffee machines; refilling the sodas and CO2; cleaning and setting up the dining hall before and after each meal; refilling things such as napkins, condiments, salt and pepper, teas, and coffee add ins; mopping the three dining halls.
Each week I rotated through different jobs with different tasks, including; serving food to campers; cleaning bathrooms; taking out trash; doing dishes; mopping various places; cleaning and sanitizing lots of different surfaces around the dining hall and kitchen.
