Most Improved

I was in my high school marching band and at the time, I was not able to march due to some health issues, but I attended their practices and went to their competitions despite not marching. When I was finally able to march I excelled in marching despite it only being my first year of learning it. Also because I wasn't marching, it gave me more time to learn better ways to play my instrument on my own time, so when concert season rolled around I was a bit advanced in my playing, thus leading to my "Most Improved" plaque that I received.
