• Average cart size is $90+ with a marijuana recommendation that promotes a great on-line review, and promotes a return customer.
• Relocated the Sandusky dispensary from Tiffin Road to Milan Ave, this was an introduction to medical marijuana transfers and manifests.
• Self learning is a strong point, growing and famalirizing myself daily with the Dutchie programs and Metrc programs.

• 10/24- I traveled with Standard Wellness to the cultivation site in Utah for the harvest. I learned about outside grow operations, and Utah's medical marijuana control programs.
• 2024 worked frequently at the Gibsonburg Cultivation Site as post-harvester, trimmer, production, and packaging.
• 15+ years previous General Manager experience, 20+ years customer service, 20+ years inventory/data entry
