- Guide patients through exercises and movements as instructed by the Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- Supervise patients while they perform basic exercises and make sure they are doing okay. Help patients move from room to room.
- Apply hot and cold packs on the patients, along with tens units. Performed ultrasound and laser therapy.
- Room patients and take vital signs
- Logged hydrocollator temperatures daily
- Made sure all the equipment got sanitized after each use. Stocked up all the rooms with supplies as needed.
- Check in and check out patients
- Schedule, reschedule and verify appointments
- Answer phones
- Update patient’s demographic information from new and established patients as well as other pertinent information
- Sever as a translator for spanish speaking patients
- Handling 60+ patients daily
