- Processing and reviewing raw (Botanical, Mineral, and Vitamins) through FTIR, moisture balance testing as well as 3rd party lab testing. In addition, created raw material specifications from testing.

- Trained and executed microbiological testing of raw material and finished product, through PCR pathogen detection GeneUp® and enumeration testing Tempo®. Testing included, TPC, Aerobic, Coliforms, and Yeast and Mold.

- Assisting to establish QC Microbiological/Analytical lab, through ISO verification and validation of microbiological methods.

- Creating Certificates of Analysis for finished products and raw materials.

- Created training guide and taught individuals on current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and good lab practices (GLP).

- Helped to write and edit SOP’s pertaining to cGMP and GLP along with creating procedures for Microbiological testing and troubleshooting issues.

- The research focused on creating superior and low-cost point of care diagnostics through longer shelf-life stability of the chemical reagents.

- Trained in serial dilution preparation, along with preparation of buffers and chemical reagents used in research which included Sucralose, HRP, and ABTS.

- Experienced in protein purification assays such as Bradford and BCA. In addition, Nickel Chromatography and Size Exclusionary Chromatography.

- Trained in NMR/IR Screening along with PCR testing, Western Blotting, and ELISA assay.

- Learned to operate programs such as MATLAB and Mantis Software used in research.
