• Oncology Clinical RN level III in the Solid Tumor Clinic 2A at City of Hope. Nurse navigator, coordinating patient care via collaboration of oncology physicians. Assists physicians with health assessment, vital signs, triage, diagnostic procedures, labs, and referrals. Clinical skills include, port draws, administration of medications or IV fluids, wound care and dressing changes. Additional responsibilities include: patient education of all phases of oncology care and/or concurrent medical disease conditions.
