Summary

I started going to osu-it in the fall of 2009 without any knowledge of the hvac/r industry. At osu I was exposed to the different avenues I could take once I finished at osu. I took classes on residential and commercial hvac comfort cooling, electronic controls, and unitary refrigeration. When I finished at osu I went into residential hvac. As a residential hvac service technician I'm an responsible for responding to trouble calls and diagnosing problems that customers are having and giving options for repair or replacement of equipment. The past three years I've owned and operated my own business. I've been responsible for generating leads by networking and marketing the business.
